Guarantee

30-day guarantee: if a file doesn't open, if the content isn't what the product page describes, if you were charged twice or the email never arrived, write to us and we'll refund you in full. Ask for the refund within 30 days of purchase, writing to hola@pictostudy.com with the email you used to buy. The guarantee is in addition to, not instead of, your legal rights.

EU right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (art. 9 Directive 2011/83/EU). Use the Se rétracter du contrat ici function: enter your name, email and order number and confirm with “Confirmer la rétractation”. An acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your statement and its date and time is emailed immediately. You can also withdraw with any unequivocal statement sent to hola@pictostudy.com.

Digital content exception (art. 16 (m) Directive 2011/83/EU): at checkout we ask you to tick “I expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal.”. That consent is stored with date and time and confirmed in the delivery email. Once the supply (the download) has started, the right of withdrawal is lost; as long as nothing has been downloaded, it remains for 14 days.

If the withdrawal applies, the refund is made within 14 days of receiving it, to the same payment method and at no cost (art. 13 Directive 2011/83/EU).

How refunds are made

Refunds are approved by the store and made to the payment method used for the purchase, through the payment provider. How long it takes to show depends on your bank or card.
