1. Who sells
The store PictoStudy (https://vin-illustre.pictostudy.com) is operated by e-Mentors Company LLC, with address at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, US, tax ID 87-1382166. Contact: hola@pictostudy.com.
2. What is sold
Digital products (downloadable files such as PDF, video or similar) for personal use. No physical product is shipped.
3. Price and payment
The final price is the one shown at checkout before paying, in the currency shown for the buyer's country. Discounts and coupons apply only under the stated conditions.
Payments are processed by payment providers (Stripe, Whop or Mercado Pago, depending on the country). The store does not receive or store full card details.
4. Delivery
Once the payment is approved, the product is sent by email (PDF) and remains available on the “My purchases” page, no later than 1 hour after payment. If it does not arrive within that time, full refund (100% of the amount paid).
5. License
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license. Reselling, redistributing, publicly sharing or copying the content, in whole or in part, is not allowed.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawal rights, the guarantee and how to request a refund are explained in the Refund policy.
7. Nature of the content
The content is informational and educational and does not replace personalized advice from a professional when the situation requires it.
8. Intellectual property
Texts, images, videos, trademarks and designs of the store and products belong to their owners and are protected by law.
9. Personal data
Data processing is explained in the Privacy policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie notice.
10. Applicable law and complaints
These terms do not limit the mandatory rights granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence.
European Union: the mandatory consumer protection rules of the Member State of residence apply (art. 6 Rome I Regulation) and consumers may sue before the courts of their domicile (art. 18 Regulation 1215/2012).

These terms may be updated. Each purchase is governed by the terms in force at the time it is made.
